Gaganyaan: Isro successfully launches test flight Abort mission

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully conducted a test involving an in-flight abort demonstration and recovery of a crew module. The mission, known as the Gaganyaan Test Vehicle TV-D1, lasted 8.8 minutes and is part of the Gaganyaan human spaceflight mission planned for 2025. The crew module performed various maneuvers, deployed parachutes, and landed in the Bay of Bengal. The objectives of the mission included evaluating test vehicle subsystems and the crew escape system.
