Cauvery row: Stalin says K'taka making false statements

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has accused the Karnataka government of providing false information regarding the Cauvery delta's groundwater and rainfall in a letter to the Union Jal Shakti Minister. Stalin stated that Karnataka had also released baseless reports claiming Tamil Nadu's demand was unreasonable. All party MPs from Tamil Nadu will present a memorandum to the Union Minister in Delhi, urging him not to consider Karnataka's false statements. Tamil Nadu has filed a petition before the Supreme Court due to Karnataka's failure to release Tamil Nadu's share of water.
